Return Policy
Durabakdepot.com stands by our product. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied. We will refund any unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase, with a 10% restocking fee.
Customer must contact us to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning product. Durabak cannot be returned if the can has been opened. All materials must be in re-saleable condition when arriving at the warehouse.
Upon its return, examination and approval a credit will be applied to your charge card.
