Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. If the item being ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and ship it as soon as it becomes available. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive. We will not ship to a P.O. Box.

Shipping Costs

Our products are shipped in boxes which hold a maximum of 4 gallons and in some cases some accessories. For each box that is shipped, charges will range from $10.00 to about $45.00 depending on the weight of the product in your order. For orders being shipped to Canada, the customer will be responsible for all customs duty costs involved in addition to shipping costs.

We ship most orders by domestic ground carriers such as FedEx or UPS. If your order is large enough, usually greater than 28 gallons, it may be feasible to use a truck line freight carrier. Please contact us if you have a shipping contract with a certain freight line and want your order to ship with them. Please include shipping company and phone number with your order.

We can ship your order any way you wish. Requests for special shipping will be considered. Most times we can only estimate the cost of shipping until the order is picked up if it is not a shipper that we normally use. Rest assured, we are here to help you get your order in the most efficient and timely manner.
